AEF Schools caters to bright children who are not being successful in traditional schools, socially, or at home. Despite their intelligence, these students are often misunderstood, bullied, or slip through the cracks. However, they all have potential and their own special gifts to share with the world. AEF strives to build students' self-confidence, giving them the ability to accept who they are, love who they are, and give back that love to those around them.
When we were asked to partner with Shari Carter and her debut book, I am an Artist, we felt it was a perfect match. Similarly to the main character of the book, the students at AEF are encouraged to create their own best future by embracing and nurturing the talents they possess; and not letting the world dictate who they should be or what they can be. We are very excited to embark on this journey with the "I am an Artist" creative team and look forward to further collaboration and success.
